NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Foxfire Village, NC
Notice is hereby given that the Foxfire Village Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, during its regular business meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Foxfire Village Hall, 3 Town Hall Drive, Foxfire Village, NC.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the following proposed amendments to the Foxfire Village Unified Development Ordinance:
Article VIII, Section 21-8-1 – Accessory Buildings
Article VIII, Section 21-8-1.1 – Additional Accessory Buildings
Appendix A – Table of Authorized Uses
Article XVI, Section 21-16.1 – Definitions
Article II, Section 21-2-1(2) – Appointments and Terms of Members
Copies of the proposed amendments are available for download below or can be viewed at the Village Administration Office, 3 Town Hall Drive, Foxfire Village, NC, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
