- Street light repairs should be reported directly to Duke Energy’s Street & Area Light Repair service.
If you have an emergency, please call 911 so that the proper public safety departments may be dispatched.
Reports submitted anonymously, or those that use fictitious names, phone numbers, or email addresses, will not be responded to.
