FOXFIRE VILLAGE
EMERGENCY MEETING

Notice is hereby given that an Emergency Meeting of the Foxfire Village Council will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 4:30 PM in the Village Hall Meeting Room, located at 3 Town Hall Drive, Foxfire Village, NC 27281.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider and accept the resignation of a Council Member.

Because of the urgent nature of this matter, this meeting is being called pursuant to N.C. General Statute §143-318.12(b)(3), which allows for emergency meetings to be held when immediate consideration is required.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. Public comment will not be received during this meeting.
